Sn00zly Daily Sleep Planner

Your baby's sleep plan for today, in ten seconds

Enter this morning's wake-up time. Get today's naps, wake windows and bedtime. If a nap runs short or long, update it and the rest of the day rebuilds automatically.

What is the Sn00zly Daily Sleep Planner?

The Sn00zly Daily Sleep Planner was created to turn age-appropriate sleep guidance into a simple plan you can actually use each day.

It builds a flexible daily sleep plan from your baby’s age and morning wake-up time, using wake windows, nap patterns and bedtime ranges drawn from Sn00zly’s pediatrician-reviewed sleep guides.

If a nap runs shorter or longer than expected, you can update the real end time and the planner recalculates the rest of the day automatically.

The goal is not to force your baby onto a rigid schedule. It is to give you a practical starting point for the day, while still following your baby’s cues and adjusting as real life happens.

The planner is designed for babies from birth to 24 months and is based on the same age-specific guidance used throughout the Sn00zly sleep system.

How it works
  1. Tell us about your baby once.First name and birthday. The planner remembers them.
  2. Each morning, enter the wake-up time.Today's plan appears right away.

When the day goes sideways
  1. Nap ran short? Rebuild the day.Tell the planner when the nap really ended.
ExampleNap 1 ended at 9:20 am instead of 10:00 am
Planned nap 212:05 pm
Rebuilt nap 211:25 am

The rest of the day moves with it, so the short nap doesn't snowball into a hard bedtime.

Questions
Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay $6.99 once. No subscription, no renewals, nothing to cancel. Use the planner every day until your baby turns 2.

What happens if a nap runs shorter or longer than planned?

Just enter when the nap actually ended. The planner recalculates the rest of the day, including the next nap and bedtime window.

Which ages does it cover?

Birth to 24 months. The plan adjusts by age, including wake windows, nap patterns and bedtime guidance. For newborns, the planner follows a more flexible feeding-and-sleep rhythm rather than forcing a fixed schedule.

Can my partner use it too?

Yes. You can sign in with the same email from any phone, tablet or computer. We’ll send a secure sign-in link, so there’s no password to remember.

How does the $15 code work?

Your $15 code appears inside the planner and in your welcome email. You can use it once on any Sn00zly guide or bundle at sn00zly.com. For example, a $49 bundle becomes $34.

What is included with my purchase?

You get access to the Daily Sleep Planner, the 0–24 Month Wake Window Cheat Sheet, and a $15 code toward any Sn00zly guide or bundle.

Is this medical advice?

No. The planner provides general educational sleep guidance based on Sn00zly’s pediatrician-reviewed guides. It is designed as a flexible starting point, not a diagnosis or medical recommendation. Follow your baby’s cues and speak with your pediatrician about any health or feeding concerns.

Sn00zly plans are general educational guidance reviewed against AAP safe-sleep principles. They are a flexible starting point based on age and morning wake time — not medical advice, and not a substitute for your pediatrician.
